Mind Over Menopause

Mind Over Menopause is a 6-month programme designed to help you take control of your menopause experience. Using techniques like life coaching, mindfulness, meditation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), stress management, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), this program will equip you with the tools to navigate menopause with confidence and balance.

Mind Over Menopause Program Summary:

  • Schedule: Six 90-minute virtual masterclasses, held monthly on Wednesdays from 7.30-9pm via Zoom.
  • Access & Resources: Participants receive access to session recordings, private Zoom links, and PDF workbooks summarising key learnings and techniques for practice between sessions.
  • Community Support: Access to a private WhatsApp group for peer support, idea sharing, and trainer guidance from Lisa Watson and Jeanette Forder of Blossom Beyond.
  • Additional Benefits: Includes a 60-minute private 1-to-1 coaching session at the program’s end for personalized support and a 3-month post-program review to ensure accountability and reinforce new habits.

The course is co-facilitated by Lisa Watson, and Jeanette Forder of Phoenix Wellness Coaching.
