Sunday 13th October 10am – 12 midday: Sleep Improvement – Discover techniques to improve your sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Learn how to recognise negative thought patterns and cognitive restructuring techniques that help.
Sunday 20th October 10am – 12 midday: Behavioural Activation & Maintenance Planning – Develop an action plan to maintain your progress and keep those positive changes going strong.
